Friday morning inbox, and our Brew Master is triumphant.
First on his agenda is sending out an email to the wider Citrus Brew Appreciation Society to inform them that ‘the big bucket of sludge in the Brew Haus (R.I.P drinks kitchen), is the Citrus Brew.His report indicates that all is well.
Where there is foam, there is foam. It should be cloudy, and indeed, we have cloudy. The Citrus Brew is off to a roaring start!
