Day 3: One Brew over the Citrus nest

It’s Brew Day and the Brew Team are busying themselves with all the necessary preparations. It’s our first go and we’re keenly aware that any number of things could go wrong. The road ahead is long and rocky, scattered with the bones of would-be brews left for dead. The Citrus Brew must live!
To kick things off, Holly wisely performs a wet run, allowing us to get things right before the mixture is made. We’re on the look out for all sorts of sign posts, temperature being the most important. Meanwhile, Brew Master Jon has commandeered the drinks kitchen, now to known by all as the Brew Haus.
Things are looking good as the mix is fixed, so we set our brew carefully to bed and await the next signs of frothy life.
